use banner to seperate forums

Can VB or is there a MOD that allows using a banner for a forum. Like http://forums.ubi.com/ they use a banner to sperate each forum section

Not for me. The cms blocks left-right turned...

Not for me. The cms blocks left-right turned white blocks. The forum blocks are no loner on the right. They are at the very boTtom of the forum under what's going on
