My site is having alot of problems with spammers registering and posting VERY pornographic pictures. I'm banning about 4 or 5 a day. How can i stop this? Is there a way i can set it to where a new...

I have a user who has been repeatedly banned, and keeps coming back under another name. How can i ban his ip?
