block title messed up

i just upgraded from vb 4.1.3 to 4.1.10
and my block title on side are messed up i tried different styles but problem still there
and im also seeing weird RSS orange things all over my forum ...

i have set no on following
Moderate Posts
Moderate Threads
Moderate Attachments

but still when a registered member posts
it goes to moderate section and a admin has to approve it plzz help
