I have that enabled already and I have even tried...

I have that enabled already and I have even tried to Rebuild the Thumbnails and still no go.
Hovering over them brings a massage to click to view the image.

Is there somewhere else to look?

We are having an issue in that any post with smilies in the post or users signature, does not display.

Is there a way we can temporarily turn off the smilies so that we can at least read posts...
