some people says utf8 is the best for all languages

the link checker not in the cron i run it manually.
the chatbox only shown to members not viewable by guest and the most time i had members online...

very high load 500+ because of one of the mods, can anyone help?

i don't know which mods causes this load

but when i close the hook system the load gone

btw the load is not all the day it just comes up suddenly and not in the same time everyday

it happen...
