If you are not able to find the template then search for phrases first, f.ex. :
"Remember Me?" .. Find that phrase...

I did change the header of the shoutbox a little so it used TCAT instead as that
looked better on my template : ) (You should make an option to change between
tcat and thead later on...

It's a cool template, but unfortunately some things are not done in the template,
so i had to find another that was more complete, even though the header template
was quite cool. ;)

The skin was okay, and i've even made your copyright stay, the only problem is i've edited the template extreme due to a lot of the CSS coding was not finished, thus all the small graphics for f.ex....
