Not sure what I am doing wrong, but it only works...

Not sure what I am doing wrong, but it only works on my default VB4 style, it doesn't show at all on any other style, am I missing something ??

CMS is not working as it should be, the left side...

CMS is not working as it should be, the left side is taking up to 70% of the screen, the main content (center) is to the right and the right is missing !! this is on the default 3 columns layout.
