Can someone please help me set up my permissions or what ever else needed to stop ...

I am having invasion of fake accounts that are spamming my site I have banned over 200 members some how they manage to activate their accounts even tho I am sure my permission are correct I dont know...

I am getting spammed like crazy of this IP: 194.8.75.192 he reged like 100 users and its posting Viagra and other crap.

I dunno how he is doing this since none of his emails are valid so he...

Yes I know that I want it to be WHITE in the back behind the menu buttons but there is about 20-30px of EMPTY area.. Almost as if there is 3x (BR) and that is on every single drop down menu.

if you look closely you will see there is about 10px gap you can see the background logo and the first table should be touching ..
