I like this mod but as most of these kind it is based on post count and not NEW THREAD COUNT.

So if a user spams (f.i.) 15 posts he/she can download attachments but I just want to let users...

One little thing though...
Use $Phrase includes for the game (or tournament) name so it can be used for every game/tournament/ranking...
