my banners aren't showing up, when i go to put a banner in it says that any image bigger than 200 pixels wide are not supported, is this the reason they are not showing up cause some of my banners...

when users attach a zip file the image doesnt show just the file the link to the image is obviously wrong where can i find this to fix it
