reCapcha problem. Alterbnative Antispam Add-on needed.

Hi, we have since a couple of week massive spam problems with reCapcha2. It will be hacked by spammers and they make automatically registrations and spam.

Can any advice an alternative to reCapcha?

Is there any chances to make a Rich text format for tabs in navbar as it is realized in Thread prefixes in a 4.2.0?
That would be a great if the tab, for example donation or something like...

I'am wondered: when I choose switch off the forum...

I'am wondered: when I choose switch off the forum being DB backup, the forum is OFF for over a hour, how to solve that problem, due of DB backup progress takes no more than 5 minutes?
