Vbulleting forum hacked - Please help

Hi

Recently my vbulletin was hacked.
The hacker encoded his code in all template files and also changed admin password.

Admin area login page after deleting encoded hackers code from templates...

I found lot of users on my forum have same IP.

Those usernames are registeed by spammers like:

ghij688
mnop233
pqrs571
defg992
mnop687
fghi363

Unfortunately this didn't worked.. Those thread urls are still there..

I believe this can be deleted only through phpmyadmin only.

How can we delete threads that don't have any post in forum?

Actually my forum was spammed so IN PHPmyadmin I entered SPAM kewyords like uggs, wowgold, vigra etc and it searched and founded all...

Its a good mod.. bu I find there are numerous tld's like .ws, .su etc so spammers are able to post.. or can someone give list of all tld's so we can enter it there in its configuration?
