you need to update your usergroup permissions for...

you need to update your usergroup permissions for each usergroup u use.

edit it and on the bottom you will find all settings. its disabled by default so u need to edit it manually for each...

THNX to all. I figured it out.There was a xml left in the includes/xml folder. After i deleted that file my admincp works fine now again.

hmm...i think if i overwrite ALL files out of the UPLOAD folder of the fresh VB i will also overwrite the config.php and thats NOT good to my mind. And where are the important board informations...
