Is there a setting somewhere such that unregistered users will be forced to login regardless of where they enter the system? I want the login page immediately shown.

I am looking to obtain this. I know Vision Scripts is no longer around, but at a prior company we used this bug tracker, and I would love to find an old copy to use now.
