not hard, just unzip/untar, upload, change the variables in config.inc.php and thats it. You have to set up a cron though. You can either do it using telnet or cpanel.

I've triple checked everything. If I put the last piece of code in global.php after I do the ushop.php?rebuildds=1 , I get a cant find object error. And if I leave that out, I get a no action found...

You could do that, you have to make the script use the template in the vB database instead of the file in the templates folder. I will try to come up with something :)
