template header help.

I want to display my forum stats in my header template.. for some reason it doesn't seem to be working. I'm running 3.7.
Can anyone help me. Or link me to a 3.7 tutorial please.

I am getting a lot of multi users on my forum (as in 1 person making accounts) with the same IP. I want to make a check on the reg page. So basically it does this.

Just tried... and it appears on every profile, so I'm guessing thats for the user logged in, which isn't want I want. Thanks anyway.
