I tried changing to UTF the character set but this make to show on the entire forum...

Weird special chars only in login.php

Hello,

After upgrade to 3.7.2 from 3.6.8 I notice a weird change only in the login.php page. For example after logout all specials chars look like the image attached. I'm using a spanish language....
