How can I make it so the users cannot post URLs or images until they have X posts? We have tons of spammers every single day and it is getting out of control. I think this would be a good start.

How can I create a forum that is private to users that post x times per month?

In other words, only people that post 10 times per month would be able to post / view threads in the private forum.
