I have exactly the same invalid file ID error....

I have exactly the same invalid file ID error. Seems to be purely random for users. Sometimes they experience it and after a few attempts it all of a sudden works.

Did you find a solution for this...

Actually all images we use are bigger than 640x480 :) But they look scretched because the size of the content slider is relative x 290px.

Where do I increase the height so it looks all well...
