I think it shoud give users a choice of already...

I think it shoud give users a choice of already made colors. Cause they could always pick a color code really close to an admin color. Even if you ban the direct color

Tried both those solutions, neither worked. My quicklink links like this: .php?nojs=1#usercptools

If that helps any. It works on other skins, but any default vbulletin themes, it just won't work...

Destroyed my forums vB default theme

Not sure how I managed this, but suddenly no javascript works, like, "Quick Links" is a normal link, and on the "Whos Online" everyones name is smashed together with no comma.

A few other errors....

When I installed this, it was not auto enabled. This could be why 3.7.0 gold users think it does not work. It does work. Be sure to check your Product Manager and manualyl enable it.
