Showing "MORE" in the smilies box?

How do I get it to show MORE in the smilies box? I see it done here in vbulletin and on my old forum but I'd like to have it on the new one I'm opening. Thanks of the help in advance fellas.

I checked out the forum a few days back, looks clean but personally I don't care for thin forums. That's just a personal preference thing though, good work.

Heh. well 100 simply because we had so many sections and we need a lot of fake conversations to fill them up. Once our memberbase grows we'll obviously discontinue their use. Heh.

I also took how an entire category ( a total of forum sections ) from my forums, not sure what else to cout out right now.

Do you create fake member accounts and create fake conversations in order to fill it up sometimes? Just so that new members don't think "oh man this site is dead screw this!". This is the first time...
