Hi Adam,

Yes it does come down to that domain. Its listed under Top Spamming Domains. We get tens of thousands of spam from that domain.

Turn off Top Spamming Domains and you should be good.

I just tried only Allow US on my forum and I could register fine. Then I set it to a different country to test to make sure it wouldn't let me and I couldn't. So I know that part works fine.

I checked all the IP addresses from my logs that your server tried to lookup they show United Kingdom and a few other countries. The list that we use is a commercial list that is updated constantly...
