Removing links in posts from new users?

I have searched the site and can not find a Mod that will remove links in posts from new users. I would like to do this to help with spam control. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

It's still in the development stages. I am using the vBulletin engine to organize and manage a website rather than a public forum. I still have a lot of content to add but the basic outline is up....
