Perhaps you should do some research on CSS and how to modify your forum styles? The modification will show up slightly differently on various styles, and is largely dependent on the style's CSS.

You might make that "Staff Only" only show up if they are logged in under a staff username. An IF in the template should do the trick.

Is the rating supposed to work when the thumb is pressed on forumdisplay? By default, it only seems to work when pressed inside of the thread. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong.
