Top menu based on forum ID

Hello,

I want to show a vbulletin top menu based on a forum ID, I think this is possible and is not really a lot of work.

But does anyone here know what is the code I need to put in navbar...

It will be great if we had multiple domains and each can be assigned to different user group. Something like gmail.com|2, yahoo.com|7, vbulletin.org|7, example.com|2 etc.
