PM Spamming Options

I have been getting a lot of new members abusing or spamming via PM.

I am guessing some of this may be from bots, so I am looking for a way to prevent the sending of PMs until they reach 10 posts....

The cookie domain gives two options (blank) and .mydomain.com

I believe it is currently using blank

Keeps Logging Out

I am being told that numerous members keep being logged out. Personally I can NEVER stay logged in when I visit the main page, but when I visit the forums I am always logged-in.

Any help would be...

Literally they are giving new ownership to the entire forum.
