Authenticating user application easily?

Ok, I have my forum set up so that ALL registrations must be authenticated first..... Is there a mod or something out there that allows me (or other admins) to see a list of users waiting for...

Forum Sections into Columns

I want to make my forum sections into side-by-side columns. I've seen it done before in older versions, but I can't seem to find how to do it in 3.6.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't get the index bar to show up. Everything else works fine, but the index bar doesn't seem to show up no matter where I place it.

And I can't get the videos index to show up either.

I can't seem to get this to work. I've followed the directions exaclty as followed, but the images still don't show up.

Edit: I can get a broken image, but I can't get my uploaded images to appear.
