If you can edit BB code, just either add the relevant stuff to the CSS, or put the replacement as something akin to <strike>{param}</strike>

I personally don't care much about Bing, but I don't hate it, it's better than what Microsoft had for a search engine before, and it's fairly accurate I guess search wise.
