Export all data and fields from Members List as a PDF?

I'm looking for an "address book" mod, but haven't found anything resembling it. Ideally, this would appear to users as a link, "Save Member List as PDF".

Anyone see this on VB.org?

Currently, I have a handful of members who receive a notification when new posts are made in a certain forum. The subject simply lists the name of the site and the forum in which the post was made.
