Just install a fresh copy of version you want to use and run impex.. wait a mint .. does impex work will 3.0 .. So far i know it support 3.6+ version .. but give it a shot but keep the database ....

Hi there just upgraded a friends 3.8 forum to vb4.0.3 and see a slight problem. With new users signing up they are able to see the new vb4 users albums upload and attachment upload interference but...

Yes that would work only if you don't have mods...

Yes that would work only if you don't have mods installed with files. If yes then just reupload them again and you should be all good. Just for backup make home directory backup before deleting it.....
