Thats the thing, I want only certain members to join. My choice (as well as the other admins).

If they are interested they can apply, but only we can accept / deny them.

How can I set my default Username color and default User title color for users.

They will be able to change the default color if they choose to do so in vbplaza.

Most users ever online in guest mode.

When a guest visits my site (keybase.org) the guest cannot view "Most users ever online".

It doesn't show the only users it only shows "Most users ever online was , at ."
