I've tried it on 3.6.8 (recent upgrade) and it doesn't seem to be working anymore, despite a re-install of the product. It's a shame because I liked having this feature.

Moderators can only moderate the forums you add...

Moderators can only moderate the forums you add them to via the Forums & Moderators section in the admincp. Super Mods can moderate all forums, without being added as a forum moderator.
