However, the "image" watermark does not work.

I fixed the error, I had to remove the "Forums" from the path. No errors now!

But.... The watermark is still not working :(

The text watermark works, but it is small and...

The watermark image is in the vbimagehost folder where the uploaded images are...

Thanks, I made it through the first 7 pages with no luck. :( I have a clean install and it looks like most problems are from an upgrade. The pictures still upload.
