Two PCs on the same network - one can log in successfully, the other not.

I'm not sure what you mean by cookie/domain settings.

From some of our members PCs, they log in, it is accepted - and then they are returned to the log-in page.

When I receive an Email Notification, in that Email:
"from" is indicated as APH Forum (which is the name of our Forum).
I would like this to be - the Member Name

It gives The title of the thread subscribed to, the Forum it is in, and the entire message.
