I found out that problem was because of this...

I found out that problem was because of this addon: Replacement Words In Posts (http://https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=149118) . I have disabled it and Image resizer works on 3.6.8.

Thx, It is a good idea for SEO but tags are needed in this way. I want to save visitors' serach results so that search engines can cache it. It seems to be simple and more useful.
