It only seems to work for me when I do a preview of the post. After I actually post it, then URLs are just URLs, they do not change or give you a tooltip.

Any thoughts?

If I change it to hidden, it breaks it on both IE...

If I change it to hidden, it breaks it on both IE and Firefox. It removes the scroll bars, but then it causes issues with size and images.

If you use this in IE, it puts scroll bars on the window and doesn't display all the information.

Doesn't let you scroll either. Works fine in Firefox though.
