tried to install it on 3.8.3 install looked...

tried to install it on 3.8.3
install looked like it went well, my problem occurred when I went into the admin panel and clicked on Maintenance then clicked on Update counters and the page went blank...

we have 4 forums which are "sale forums" so I would want "Total Posts in Sale Forums" which would be only the posts that were posted in the 4 sales forums based on user.
