Is there a program like Yahoo Answers?

Im trying to find a program that is just like Yahoo Answers. Where someone asks a question and people can answer. And there are points given, etc.

Hi All, Im new here :)
I have a board thats about fashion and shopping, and Im getting a ton of people coming in and spamming their stores.

Everyday I wake up and log in and find 1 or 2 spammers...
