Just another problem

Hi there!!

Lately i noticed that when i am logging into my forum the welcome message is not "welcome nikolakis" as it use to be but "welcome $bbuserinfo[username]"
Any ideas what the problem is ?...

What's wrong?

This is how my editor appears after upgrading to version 4.1.4.
Although the buttons are there and working their images are missing.
Any ideas?
