Activity Stream Mod

Looking for a mod that will display a thumbnail from an attachment in a post into the activity stream. Anything like that out there?

Or... maybe a same type of mod that would work with vbadvanced...

Basically I'd like to flag a member(s) so that when they post anything an email goes out to the admin.

If they are spammers, I want them to put in their signature. That way I know they are spammers and I can delete their accounts. I just need a way to manage it easer.

It worked me to but only on new posts. The old one's are still links. Looks like all the old youtube vids are now tagged with URL bb code. Funny thing is, on my other site all the vids are fine.
