Problem with paging on VB

I am on VB 3.6. When I get an email that there is a new post on a thread, I click it, but instead of it going to that post on the page as it does with other VB sites I frequent, it goes to the top...

It seems like people were having the same problem with the other mod that you based this on. I didn't see that there was ever a resolution to the problem. I assume its not finding the vbulletin...
