Image on nav bar?

my forum is www.extremebodybuilding.net and i have vbadvanced installed

How would i get an image in the navagtion on the left hand side on the main page?

When you visit my forum www.extremebodybuilding.net it says forum to the far left only and when you click forum it takes you to the forum then the Link changes to "home" then it will take you back...
