Is there a modification which will allow my members to change the font of the forum, i'm having one person contact me saying that my forum is font size 6 hen for me its normal size

I've just check the settings on the cookies and they are as you stated

this error only happens in certain browsers and in certain locations, for example...

I'm having two seperate problems

1) Users cannot sign up to my forum as it says there email is banned, when these users have never signed up to my forum before... and i've checked the banned list...
