Hi guys I would like to have some sort of "last post since last visit" just on the top right of the forum, just below the "your last visit....."

there's a way to do this on 3.8.x?

It all works well except the highlighting of the tabs, it doesn't work at all if you're linking to internal sections. All tab are highlighted.
