I just transferred my website over to a new domain name.

When users register or try to change their username they are redirected to the old website.

The bar allignment issue appears to be a problem with I.E..

Try viewing the forum with FireFox.

How do I block a user that uses proxies to get past an IP ban?

I've been manually adding IP's to the ban list, but this is starting to get tiresome.
