Is there a way to the ads not display in the header in certain forums? There are a couple that I don't want ads in but I haven't seen anything in the instructions unless I missed it.

If you have updated vBulletin since installing this hack you need to re-edit members.php per the install instructions. You should do all of the edits to the different files, if you have run updates.

I found if you select 'witch' and then change the name of the picture you want to use to witch you can use any picture and will work with FF and IE. But the ghost will not do the fade/change thing...

I was getting the same error. I took out the 'vb'...

I was getting the same error. I took out the 'vb' from the beginning of the vbprofilefield in the queries and they ran fine and the database is working now.
