Installed, but seems to have no effect at all....

Installed, but seems to have no effect at all. We've tested it across browsers and locations and it does not pick up new users registered from the very same machine as banned users.

Honestly I still don't get it. Where does this 'newsletter' actually appear? Why not just add a sticky to a board or post your newsletters in a seperate board and link to that forum from the navbar?
