I dont know how to call this. Something wrong with the pages and the screen

I dont know how to call this problem. Otherwise I could find an answer during my search, Therefore I have added 2 screen caps, I dont want these pages to show up ( at least not all of them )

when you set up a new forum in admincp you can make it a link by putting in the url of the page



and I want this url to open as a new window...
