I think this skin is pretty much dead. I don't think it will be updated at all anymore. Plus they copied someone else skin without giving proper credit.

Hmm, when you go into VB Admin, then to User Profile Fields, then Add New User Profile Field. Then just add something with a lot of items in it so the users can select it. So the code is in VB files....
