When they go offline they still are shown online at the bottom of the site, how can i repair this issue?

I got some problems with the basic BB codes

hey there,
i have vbulletin now the 3.8.4 version but a guy deleted all my BB codes, how can i add them now?

he deleted IMG, CENTER, etc all those BBcodes are gone. can anyone help me please?
